What does 10/mo mean?

AI only steps in for tricky phrasing.

Dates like "tomorrow 7pm" are recognized right on your device, with no limit. Only tricky phrasing goes to AI, and Free covers 10 of those a month. Once you reach it, basic recognition keeps working.

Answers on billing, refunds & plan changes

How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start Pro, you get full access to every feature free for 7 days — no card required. You’re never automatically charged after the trial ends; to keep using Pro, you pay manually once it’s over. We email you 5 days and 1 day before the trial ends. The free trial is limited to once per account.
What’s your refund policy?
If it’s within 7 days of payment and you haven’t used any Pro features, you get a full refund. Features you used during the free trial don’t count as use. If you used a Pro feature after paying — unlimited AI parsing or extra calendar connections, for example — refunds for change of mind may be limited. Payments made through Google Play follow Google Play’s own refund policy first. See Article 7 of the Terms.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Change your plan from Manage billing under Settings > Subscription. The remaining time is prorated, so you only pay the annual price minus what you already paid.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel Pro, you keep Pro features until your next billing date, after which you automatically move to the Free plan. All your data — notes, events, and more — stays intact. If you paid on the web, you can cancel in one step under Settings > Subscription.
Is there a student or teacher discount?
Sign up with a school email — .edu, .ac.kr, .ac.uk, .edu.au, .ac.jp and other academic domains — to get 50% off for one year. If your school’s domain isn’t recognized automatically, or you already signed up, send proof of student/staff status through Contact us. Contact us
Can my family or team use it together?
For now Pro is per individual account. For family or team use, you can share events through Google Calendar’s shared calendar feature. If you want a full team workspace, tell us your use case through Contact us. Contact us
What payment methods do you accept?
On the web we support credit/debit cards worldwide and PayPal. Billing currency and taxes (VAT/sales tax) are applied automatically based on your country. Once the Android app launches, Google Play in-app billing will also be supported.
I need a receipt for my company
For web payments, our payment provider Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt. You can find it in Manage billing under Settings > Subscription. For any other documentation, let us know through Contact us. Contact us
