What does 10/mo mean?

Honestly, you’ll barely need the AI.

Noti’s date recognition runs in two stages. Stage one runs right on your device to recognize natural-language phrases — and it’s unlimited. Phrases like "tomorrow 7pm", "Saturday May 23", or "next Tuesday" are all caught here.

Only for the trickier phrasing it can’t catch — "about a month before Jiyoung’s wedding", "lunch somewhere the Tuesday after next" — does the AI step in. By our own measurements, only about 3% of notes need AI.

The Free plan’s 10/mo limit is about 3× the average user’s monthly AI usage. Even if you exceed it, basic recognition keeps working free and unlimited.

Answers on billing, refunds & plan changes

How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start Pro, you get full access to every feature free for 7 days. We send a reminder 24 hours before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you won’t be charged a cent. The free trial is limited to once per person.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Anytime. Switch under Settings > Subscription and the annual rate applies from your next billing date; the remaining monthly period is prorated and credited toward your first annual charge.
What’s your refund policy?
If it’s within 7 days of payment and you haven’t used any Pro features, you get a full refund. If you’ve used Pro features at least once, refunds for change of mind may be limited. Note that payments through Google Play / the Apple App Store follow each store’s own refund policy first. See Article 7 of the Terms for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel Pro, you keep Pro features until your next billing date, after which you automatically move to the Free plan. All your data — notes, events, and more — stays intact. If your attachments exceed 5GB, we give you a 30-day grace period to clean up.
Is there a student or teacher discount?
Sign up with an email on an .ac.kr / .edu domain and a 50% discount for one year is applied automatically. If you already signed up, email a photo of your student ID to seanjr28475@gmail.com and we’ll apply it retroactively.
Can my family or team use it together?
For now Pro is per individual account. For family or team use, you can share events through Google Calendar’s shared calendar feature. If you want a full team workspace, email your use case to seanjr28475@gmail.com — it helps us prioritize.
What payment methods do you accept?
On the web we support credit/debit cards worldwide and PayPal via Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles payment and tax (VAT/sales tax), with billing currency and taxes applied automatically based on your country. The Android app uses Google Play in-app billing, and iOS will use App Store billing at launch.
I need a receipt or tax invoice for my company
For web payments you can download a PDF receipt under Settings > Subscription > Receipts. If you need a tax invoice, email your business details to seanjr28475@gmail.com and we’ll issue it within 3 business days.
