Effect and Amendment of Terms
These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified. When these Terms are amended, the Company will provide notice through an in-service announcement or to the email registered at sign-up at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days before in the case of changes unfavorable to users). If a user does not express an objection to the notified amended Terms before the effective date, the user is deemed to have agreed.

- AI smart parsing is an assistive feature and does not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted results. Please be sure to review and confirm important events yourself.
- The Company bears no direct liability for synchronization delays or failures caused by outages or policy changes of third-party services such as Google Calendar, but will do its best to minimize the impact.
- The Company's liability for damages, unless contrary to mandatory provisions of law, is limited to the amount the user paid to the Company during the 12 months immediately preceding the occurrence of the damage.
