Copy the chat text
In your "chat with myself," long-press the messages you want to move and copy them.

Paste into Noti
When you paste, lines with a date or time become event candidates and the rest are organized as notes.

From now on, share directly
From another app, choose Share → Noti to save it as a note with event candidates suggested. That cuts out the KakaoTalk copy step too.
Sync. There is no real-time sync with KakaoTalk; you move the text over and then manage it in Noti.
